Pinnacle In-Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personal care and support to clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Immediate Need – CNA Floater (Washington & Benton County)
We are currently seeking two highly flexible CNA's who are available 24/7 to accept visits and assist with open visits throughout Washington or Benton County. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their schedule and is willing to step in when clients need coverage.
The ideal candidate will:
Have broad availability to accept client referrals
Be willing to travel throughout Washington County
Be dependable, responsive, and professional
Be comfortable working with a variety of client needs and schedules
Be interested in accepting new client assignments as opportunities become available
Responsibilities
Personal Care & Hygiene Assistance
Meal Preparation & Nutrition Support
Light Housekeeping
Errands & Shopping Assistance
Dementia Care
Hospice Care
Companionship and Daily Living Support
Qualifications
Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:
Hold a valid Arkansas CNA Certificate for working in long-term care facilities; OR
Have successfully completed a 90-hour CNA training course
Nursing Students: In lieu of completing a home health aide training course, nursing students may qualify by providing documentation from the Director of Nursing Program or Dean of Nursing verifying competency in providing basic nursing care according to the school's curriculum.
