CNA has to have the ability to multitask, great communication with a sense of organization, quick pace to meet the needs of our resident cognitive activity and wellness program. *CNA performs duties as assigned by the RCFE Administrator and follow the overall cognitive activity and wellness program. CNA Is accountable for all patient care given during shift. Responsible to adhere to all State regulation on self centered care standards for our residents. Duties: *Responsible for providing courteous care by helping with the activities of daily living, such as: making beds, laundry, washing dishes, preparing meals, bathing, oral hygiene, as well as assisting with toileting and incontinence care. *Staff provides hands on coaching to retrain residents to perform daily life skills and activities. *Monitor/record vital signs, intake/output and body weight *Answer phone calls and greeting customers *Handling incident reports regarding the patients *Staff may also provide empathetic emotional support, issue medication, as well as transportation for errands or appointments. REQUIREMENTS: * CA Nursing Aide certification and be licensed at time of hire *Ability to pass a DOJ/FBI background clearance *Ability to pass pre-employment physical * Have a working cell phone and e-mail address *Current TB test (within 90 days) or ability to obtain one *Valid driver's license *Good DMV driving record (No recent DUI's or excessive tickets/accidents) *Proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States *Candidates must be compassionate, professional, and have a passion for helping others *Be a team player with the skills, special talents and personality, someone who wants to be part of an organization that satisfies its clients and customers at every opportunity.
