Home Helpers is currently seeking motivated, compassionate, and dedicated caregivers to join our team. We are looking for individuals committed to establishing meaningful relationships with our clients and staff while providing high-quality care.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, and toileting)
- Dementia care and social engagement
- Lifting and transferring clients as needed
- Medication reminders and meal preparation
- Light housekeeping and local transportation for errands
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Social Security card or valid work authorization
- Home Care Aide (HCA) State Registration (assistance provided if not currently registered)
- Ability to pass a TB test, DOJ/FBI background check, and drug screening
Benefits:
We offer competitive wages, with higher starting rates for CNA/LVN qualifications and a $400 sign on bonus.
