What We Offer: Home Care or Facility shifts available Bi-Weekly pay with direct deposit Flexible schedule. We work with your availability. Employee of the month + $200 bonus Annual Christmas Gifts Work one-on-one with your clients in order to build relationships or in a facility setting for higher pay $250 Employee referral bonus Competitive pay based on experience and duties ($20/hour-$25/hour) 24/7 Caregiver support Up to 40 hours of sick time a year (Based on Hours Worked) Welcome package upon hire Free Trainings Reimbursement for Home Care Aid State Registration Reimbursement for TB Test Family Care at Home Alumni Network Responsibilities: Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and our staff Providing care as directed by customized care plan, including but not limited to: companionship bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, and assisting with Hospice Care , if necessary Providing care according to the patients needs, assistance with daily tasks, including but not limited to: feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, providing transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping Requirements: Social Security Number Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray Minimum (3) years of health care experience is required with references Empathy for the needs of the client Treats clients, staff and the public with courtesy, respect and presents a positive public image. Ensures confidentiality and security of the clients medical information.
