Holistic Care Associate / CNA / Caregiver

We are looking for a Holistic Care Associate with either CNA or a caregiving background to join our network of care providers. We are non-medical home care that provides a holistic approach to caregiving for one-to-one private clients or staffing. We view our entity as a program rather than a business. We are here to change the narrative in the home care arena. We cannot do this alone. I hope we can collaborate. Mission & Vision Our mission is to contribute to resolving the predicaments in the home care arena. We aim to decrease the rate of senior abuse, decrease burnout amongst caregivers, and shift disempowered linguistics and perceptions about older adults. We resolve these predicaments with a holistic and evidence-based approach to providing care with a mind, body, and soul framework. This program has been created by a Nurse and aspiring Forensic Neuropsychologist based on a 7-year research study. Holistic Overview Our brain has the ability to modify, change, and adapt both structure and function throughout life and in response to experience, which is called Neuroplasticity. Hence, we believe that older adults are capable, worthy, and strong individuals. As a Holistic Care Associate, you will act as a coach to empower them to maintain and/or improve their quality of living.
