The ideal candidate is passionate about senior care, dependable, and committed to enhancing the well-being of our residents. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Administer medications according to state regulations and facility protocols. Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement to residents. Monitor and document residents’ conditions and report changes to the healthcare team. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment. Follow state and facility guidelines for infection control and resident care. Qualifications Certified Caregiver in Arizona (Required) AZ Department of Health Services (AZDHS) Caregiver Certification Current CPR/First Aid Certification Arizona Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain) Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain) Experience in assisted living, memory care, or home health is a plus.
