Key Responsibilities:
Personal Care & Daily Living Support:
Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding
Support transfers, mobility, and fall prevention
Provide continence care
Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
Assist with errands and shopping
Provide medication reminders
Client Support & Engagement:
Encourage independence according to the care plan
Promote mental stimulation through conversation and activities
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and families
Health & Safety:
Monitor and report changes in the client’s physical or mental condition
Follow infection control procedures and OSHA safety standards
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older
0–1 year of caregiving or related experience preferred (training may be available)
Valid in-state driver’s license
Reliable transportation with current registration and insurance
CPR/FA
Level 1 Fingerprint Card
