Earn $14.75/hr + Paid Training Provided
Be the reason a child feels safe, supported, and cared for. CareGivers America is hiring compassionate caregivers to support children in their homes. No experience needed — we’ll train you and help you become a certified Home Health Aide (HHA). This is meaningful, one-on-one care where you truly make a difference in a child’s daily life.
Job Requirements:
- Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nurses Aide (CNA) certificate preferred
- Willingness to work in Carbondale, Covington Township, Archbald, Scranton, or Lackawanna County
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients home

What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 supervision and support to children in a safe, in-home setting
- Assist with daily living skills, including hygiene, meals, and routine care as needed
- Implement and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior support plans (BIPs)
- Facilitate structured, age-appropriate activities that promote skill development
- Support positive behavior strategies and maintain a consistent, safe environment
- Frequent standing and walking, assisting members with daily activities, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
