Job Posting: PCA/CNA – Smithfield, NC (8-hour Day Shifts) We’re hiring a compassionate Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home Personal Care Services (PCS) in Smithfield, NC. This role is 8 hours per day (day shift); schedule to be confirmed with client. Responsibilities (PCS/ADLs): - Bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care - Toileting/incontinence care - Feeding/meal setup; meal prep per diet - Mobility/ambulation, transfers, repositioning - Medication reminders (no med administration) - Light housekeeping (client areas), laundry, linens - Companionship, safety monitoring, errands as allowed - Document care; report changes to supervisor Qualifications: - Current NC CNA I/II or approved PCA training (per NC DHHS) - Current TB test and physical (or ability to obtain) - CPR/First Aid preferred - Reliable transportation, valid ID - Clear background check; professional references Schedule & Pay: - 8-hour day shift; consistent schedule - Competitive pay; W-2 - Direct deposit; mileage if applicable How to Apply: - Send resume and availability - Subject: “PCA/CNA – Smithfield 8-hour Day Shift” We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome all qualified applicants.
