This is an adult family home with specialties in Dementia and Mental Health care. We have a total of 6 clients. All who are easy going and a pleasure to work with.
Job Description: Provide services to meet the needs of residents. responsibilities include housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation and medication assistance. Minimial assistance with daily ADL's for four out of the 6 clients. Also responsible but not limited to bathing, dressing, and ambulation. Staff need experience in using wheelchairs, walkers, and Hoyer lift.
Caregiver needed to fill the following shifts and days: Shift starts Friday 7am - Sunday 7pm
Friday and Saturdays are overnight. You will work 3days and have 4 off each week!
Basic Requirements:
1. Current CNA/HCA
2. Able to use computer program, with training.
3. Must have reliable transportation
Able to Obtain
1. Nurse Delegation/Diabetes
2. 1st Aid/CPR
3. 2-step TB
4. Food handlers
5. Specialization in Dementia and Mental Health for caregivers
6. Continuing education
7. Prefer but not required Covid-19 vaccination
Also, must pass a Background Check/Finger Prints
