Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Description
Assists residents in the maintenance of their independence; Provides assistance with everyday functions such as bathing, hygiene, dressing, eating, toileting, and companionship. - Maintain cleanliness of building, laundry, Take trash out at end of every shift. Perform shift change walkthroughs. Responsible for training New staff members. Performs daily household tasks according to the shift task list, including but not limited to laundry and housekeeping. Communicated with family members. Reports any abuse or neglect of residents. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Reports any concerns to Management. Attends any and all mandatory meetings. -Mature person -High school diploma/GED required -Able to communicate clearly in English using written and verbal methods -Excellent interpersonal communication skills -Strong bedside manner -Ability to work as a valuable part of a team -Able to work the scheduled shifts, and work overtime as needed. -Excellent attendance record Must have reliable transportation. - Experience preferred.
