Caring LPN for in-home setting

RESPONSIBILITIES: Document the patient conditions & report any changes, as needed (Blood, vitals, Urine, Glucose, etc.) Help administer medication, inspect & care for wounds, change dressing & help with patient personal hygiene (Bathing, changing clothing). Check for infection, bed sores & documents charts thoroughly. Looking for LPN to assist the D.O.N. AHCOO has a variety of clients available for different hours. Some office time may be included in your schedule, and we offer flexibility to accommodate your home life. Must have at least 12 months of verifiable working LPN experience.
