We are hiring caregivers for our adult family home in Vancouver WA. * Hiring Caregivers * Hiring Assistant Resident Manager * Live in options available, with separate living quarters Flexible schedule Shift options: 12 hour, 8 hour , 4 hour or 24 hour shifts Day or Evening or Night shifts available. Week day or Weekend Hiring honest reliable compassionate CNA or HCA with experience in adult family homes to join our friendly team. High quality training offered and assistance with continuing education units. Certifications to have or able to obtain include: CNA or HCA or grandfathered NAR, CPR/First Aide, Nurse Delegation, Diabetes Delegation, WA State Mental Health and Dementia Specialty Training, and Food Handlers permit. Must speak English, pass a background check, pass urine drug test, and have good references. Assistance offered to help obtain some certifications. We are licensed adult family home that provide seniors with compassionate high quality nursing care in a loving home environment. The home is warm, welcoming, and spacious. Each resident has their private bedroom and bathroom with access to the patio for wild life viewing or watching the sunsets. It is owned and operated by a family of medical and business professionals who appreciate the work caregivers do on a daily basis. The job duties includes assistance with medications and treatments, ADL’s, hygiene, documentation, companionship, meals, and household chores. Administrative duties include; scheduling, inventory, medication refills, office and records keeping, covering on-call shifts, updating care plans, communicating with staff and doctors offices. Training offered for administrative duties. Together we work as a team to ensure our elderly residents are provided with high quality care day and night. Excellent Staffing Ratio.
