CNA/Caregiving:
Caregiver/CNA has a primary responsibility to provide support and assistance to residents with activities such as Activities of Daily Living, and providing care according to the directed care plan, under the support of the Team Lead.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist residents with ADL’s including, but not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, transferring, and feeding.
Allows and encourages residents to do as much on their own as possible to support independence.
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for the residents. o Follows and assists in administrating therapeutic plans and activities, such as physical exercise, occupational arts and crafts, recreational games, and educational opportunities that are tailored to each resident.
Encourages teamwork through positive and cooperative interactions with co- workers.
Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience Needed:
High School diploma or equivalent
Must be able to speak and understand English proficiently
Obtain a minimum of a Home Care Aid Certification (HCA) within 200 days of hire.
CNA License – preferred but not required
Current Shifts Available: Day, Evening, NOC, Weekday and Weekend Shifts available! We can provide flexible schedules.
Not Certified but want to be? Let us support you and send you to CNA school!
We also offer company paid training for all certifications and licenses!
$1000 Sign On Bonus if you hold an active HCA/CNA License!
