CNA/Home Health Aid needed for home visits

EQUILIBRIO HOME HEALTH IS a Skilled home health company looking for a certified nursing assistant that has home health aide experience and is home health aide certified. This means they have been certified to work in patient homes to help patients of various medical clinical diagnosis. The help they would need to provide for patients would be for bathing and dressing activities of daily living at times with making sure that certain patients are able to get bathed either at the bedside or in a chair in the bathroom or in a shower chair or tub bench or help with standing and bathing in the shower at times. The role of the home health aide CNA would also include medication reminders and reinforcement of the physical therapy and OT exercise plans along with making sure patients use their assistive devices properly and are familiar with proper transfer techniques keeping precautions in mind for all patients that have those precautions. The CNA and home health aide must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance and be able to drive to Patient homes in the area and get reimbursed for mileage. Home health aide patient visits would be no more than 1 hour of time per home the coverage area is listed below where we can focus patient care visits within one or two counties optimize productivity and efficiency for pay. The home health aide and CNA will have to work with a professional Healthcare Group made up of: nurses and physical therapists along with speech therapy and occupational therapists and medical social workers as part of the clinical team providing care from all aspects and helping families of patients in the process. This position would be fully benefited and a fully salary position or depending on the availability for the CNA home health aide to work with this skilled home health company, set up a very competitive per visit or hourly rate to do up to four to five visit today at patient homes. There is mileage reimbursement and bonus potential for any home health aide CNA that works at a part-time or full-time productivity status. The areas that are home health company covers are the following in the South Side region: Virginia Beach, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Chesapeake, and Norfolk. We currently have a home health aide that is full-time with us that is able to help train and other CNA as our company grows with our patient census and looking for another CNA that is dedicated to helping our patients in the way she has done over the past 6 years.
