Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Description
Westminster Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay is currently hiring Full Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for The Hoy Center.
The Hoy Center encompasses Westminster Canterbury's long term care (LTC), rehab, and pre-hab services.
Current 12-hour shifts from 7 am to 7 pm OR 7 pm to 7 am. Schedule is 3 days one week, 4 days the next with an every other weekend rotation.
Full-Time employees are eligible for Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits on the first day of employment! Additional benefits including:

What will I do?
- Our LPN Nurse provides nursing intervention and medication administration for a designated group of residents on a nursing unit and ensures smooth operations of the unit for a designated shift. Communicates and coordinates care with residents and their families/significant others.
- Demonstrate and model kindness, expertise and compassion of our skilled nurses, contributing to the engaging atmosphere of our Hoy Center health care program.
- Provide a person-centric approach to skilled nursing care.
What do I need for this role?
- Current, unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of VA (or compact license)
- Current CPR Certification
- Physically able to perform all aspects of this job
