Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Description
Daily Care (ADLs): Help patients bathe, dress, groom, use the toilet, and eat.
Mobility Support: Turn, reposition, and transfer patients between beds, chairs, and wheelchairs.
Vital Signs: Measure and record blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
Observation & Reporting: Monitor patient behavior or physical changes and report concerns immediately to nursing staff.
Environment Maintenance: Change bed linens, clear out waste, and keep patient rooms clean and safe.
