The role of the Certified Nursing Assistant is to provide rehabilitative and routine resident care in accordance with the established policies and procedures of Fellowship Community as directed by the Team Leader and Nurse Manager to assure that federal, state, Joint Commission and local regulations are met and the highest quality of resident care is maintained at all times.
