Schedule: Full-time, part-time, PRN, 8-hour shifts, 1st shift, 2nd shift, 3rd shift, 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p- 7a, day shift, evening shift, night shift, Monday-Friday, rotating weekends, Friday-Monday, every weekend. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities: Assisting residents with personal tasks such as feeding assistance, hydration, toileting, bathing, personal hygiene, transferring, ambulating, grooming, positioning, range of motion, restorative nursing, and other activities of daily living. Provides the setup, encouragement, transportation, and direct involvement for activities specific to the resident's interest. Help provide nutrition to residents that includes passing ice, providing snacks, setting the dining room tables, pouring drinks, sitting down with residents to eat, clearing the dining room tables after meals and cleaning them. Documents issues that affect quality care and services in the PointClickCare EMR. Maintains personal and staff compliance to all State and Federal requirements and Resident’s Rights. Perform other duties as required. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications: Current state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. High school diploma or G.E.D.
