In-Home Caregiver for Seniors

You can pick up extra shifts through our easy texting program when you’re looking for more hours and you will be paid every Friday. • Support. Caregivers working at least 30 hours per week also earn Paid Time Off and will be eligible to enroll in our Health Insurance plan. As a Caregiver at Amada, you’ll: • Build one-on-one relationships & bring joy to the lives of your clients • Safely lift and transfer clients to move around their homes • Prepare meals and/or feed clients • Bathe, groom, and dress clients • Assist clients with using the toilet, bedpan, briefs, or empty catheter bag • Provide light housekeeping (washing dishes, changing linens, etc.) • Drive clients to appointments, errands, or shopping • Engage your client in activities they enjoy Requirements The home care industry is regulated by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. All caregivers are required to complete a background check, reference check, and TB test prior to working with clients. We will assist you with how to complete these upon hire. Many of our shift locations also require COVID vaccination so vaccination is recommended to maximize your availability for shifts.
