Position Overview: We are hiring for multiple roles including: Home Health Aide (HHA) Home Care Aide (HCA) Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Caregiver Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities available. What You’ll Be Doing: Day-to-day is pretty hands-on, depending on the client, but typically includes: Assisting with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene Mobility support and transfers Meal preparation and feeding assistance Medication reminders (non-clinical) Light housekeeping and laundry Companionship and emotional support Transportation to appointments or errands (if applicable) What We’re Looking For We’re not just looking for experience… attitude matters just as much. Compassionate, patient, and dependable Strong communication skills Ability to follow care plans and instructions Prior caregiving experience preferred (but not required) Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) in California preferred or willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification is a plus Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for some cases)
