HCA Description: Provide routine individualized care to seniors or persons with disabilities Monitor and report changes in client's health status Assist with non-medical daily activities which include: companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, medication reminders, personal care, dementia supervision, etc. Drive clients.
