As a Respite Worker, you’ll provide care, supervision, and companionship to individuals with special needs while the parent or caregiver is away. A typical week might include supporting clients to: play at the park, complete homework, make crafts, attend a physical therapy session, explore the zoo, learn life skills such as cooking and laundry, and just have fun. If you’re bilingual that’s a plus! • No hiring costs - we pay for your fingerprinting, CPR training, etc. • $0.59/mile reimbursement for approved mileage • Extra pay for sibling care • Paid sick time • Paid travel time between appointments Our Location We will match you with clients who live closest to you. You will work with people in their homes and in the community, and you will receive mileage reimbursements and paid travel time for approved work-related driving.
