Looking for Director of Nursing

As a 19 bed facility we are, the smallest freestanding skilled nursing facility in California. We have a family-like atmosphere that is very different from a hospital environment. We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON). Applicant must be a Registered Nurse in good standing in California. Duties would include direct care, administration of drugs, charting and overseeing a direct care staff, including scheduling and hiring of employees. This position is best suited for either a new RN looking to fast track or one that seeks a stable and rewarding position prior to retirement. Director experience is not needed and we will train the right person. Compensation package includes generous bonus hours and company subsidized health insurance.
