Precious Elders Home Care Agency seeking an opening for a Home Care Aide

Duties and Responsibilities: Assisting clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Providing medication reminders Preparing and serving meals according to the client's dietary needs and preferences Performing light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying up Providing companionship and emotional support to clients Providing clients with transportation to medical appointments and social activities Adhering to infection control and safety guidelines Maintaining client confidentiality and respecting their privacy and dignity Requirements Must have a TB clearance Ability to pass a background check, DMV check, and drug screening Must be registered on the Home Care Aide Registry At least two years of experience as a caregiver, preferably in a home care setting ID compliant with I-9 requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compassionate and patient demeanor Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Two caregiving references High school diploma or equivalent
