Requirements: - Home Care Aide certified - Weekly COVID Testings - CPR & First Aid certified - A Valid CA driver’s license - Live scan or DOJ Background check Responsibilities: - Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, or persons with disabilities - Monitor and report changes in patient health status  - Do necessary light housekeeping to maintain a clean environment - Medication reminders and administration - Provide personal care: meal planning and preparation, bathing, grooming, dressing patients - Provide specialized ADLs such as medication administration, incontinence care, health - Assist clients with physical therapy exercises - Provide emotional support - Help customers with their shopping Qualifications: - Compassionate and positive attitude - Strong work ethics - Proven experience as personal care assistant - Committed to health & safety - Well-organized and reliable - Physical stamina - Excellent communication and people skills - Punctual, Well-organized and reliable
