Home Care Aide (HCA) Job Description

Daily Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Companionship and Conversation
Meal Planning and Preparation
Light Housekeeping
Bathing, Dressing, Grooming and Hygienic Assistance
Ambulation Assistance
Assistance with Toileting and Incontinence Issues
Errands & Shopping
Incidental Transportation
Medication and Appointment Reminders
Assistance with Activities of Daily Living
Qualifications:
Previous experience in personal care, home health aide or other health care related fields.
Dementia or Alzheimer’s experience is a plus
Reliable transportation
Can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
