Home Care Aide (HCA) Job Description
Qualified applicants must be caring, compassionate and loving. You will need to provide direction and assistance to clients with personal care enabling them to maintain good personal hygiene, carry out their activities of daily living.
Duties include but not limited to the following..
- Provide companionship
- Personal grooming and dressing
- Meal preparation
- Light cleaning (Dusting, Wiping down kitchen counters, Sweeping/Mopping)
- Light laundry (Washing/Drying/Folding)
- Medication reminder
- Drive and accompany clients to.. doctor's/P.T. appointments, barber/beauty shop, shopping Etc..
Requirements:
- Caring, dependable, organized and friendly!
- Have reliable transportation
- Able to Speak, Read and write English.
