Job Title: Compassionate Caregiver for Level 3 Adult Foster Care Home (Night Shift) Location: SE Salem, OR Position: Full-Time, Night Shift (12-hour shifts, 3-4 days a week) Salary: Starting at $16.00/hr (DOE) Benefits: 401(k), Paid PTO, Paid Sick Leave Are you a dedicated and compassionate caregiver looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others? Join our team at Blissful Venture Senior Care, a Level 3 Adult Foster Care Home in SE Salem, where you'll have the opportunity to provide personalized care for up to 5 residents in a supportive and nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care and support to residents during night shifts. Administer medications according to prescribed schedules. Assist residents with daily living activities, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs. Ensure the safety and well-being of residents by monitoring their health and responding promptly to their needs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided. Qualifications: Reliable and compassionate with a genuine desire to help others. Flexible and able to adapt to the needs of residents. Experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Able to read, write and speak English.
