Home Care Aide (HCA) Job Description
Goal Line Home Care Aides provide companionship, personal care and any non medical HCA services provided in accordance with the plan of Care (POC). With superior guidance, HCA provides any ADL needed to provide comfort for clients in the home. GLHC Expectations: Follows GLHC Policy, Procedure and Guidelines Performs tasks under guidance of managers / owners Follows establish Plan of Care (POC) Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job Must be able to perform effectively with the demands of the position Requirements: · Valid CADL · Valid Auto Insurance · Social Security Card · HCA Certification (We can help you obtain your cert.) · Any HCA training certs taken in the last year. (3 Hours) · Proof of neg TB test in the last 90 days
