Chandler House Alzheimer's & Related Dementia Care is seeking full-time and part-time caregivers for Day Shift 6:30a – 2:30p Swing shift: 2:30pm - 10:30pm Noc shift: 10:30pm - 6:30am High caregiver-resident ratio: 2 caregivers per 9 residents on day and swing shifts, 1 caregiver per 9 residents on noc shift Home-like, family-style setting Duties include: • Assisting elderly residents with dementia of varying acuity to complete activities of daily living, such as grooming, hygiene, dressing, bathing, etc. • Meal prep: caregivers prepare simple, home-style meals for residents. Employees have the option to enjoy the same meals during their shift. • Light housekeeping: Washing dishes after meals, bathrooms, vacuuming, laundry, etc. New employees must provide NAC or HCA or Exempt Caregiver Status within 120 days of hire - students welcome with proof of enrollment in NAC or HCA program Chandler House provides Mental Health Specialty and Dementia Specialty certification free to employees Holiday pay, PTO, medical & dental insurance offered also included Colonial benefits Come apply at 701 N. 39th Ave. Yakima, WA 98902 Call 509-248-1007 with any questions
