Administering medications in a professional, accurate and timely manner. Count narcotics at each change of shift. Apply treatments to residents using proper technique. Complete resident assessments as needed Monitor and assist NACs as needed in resident care. Chart all pertinent information in residents’ charts. Complete incident reporting as necessary.
