$19 - $20 Per Hour! PLUS Shift Differential for Weekend Shifts! $2 Day & Eve on Weekends. $3 Overnight Weekends. Please apply with your resume and answer the qualification questions. Our residents need you! Nights/Weekends a MUST Position Summary: Provides assistance to residents in Memory Care and Assisted Living. Essential Functions: Provide kind, caring, and consistent companionship and support. Provide assistance, encouragement, and restorative interventions, as needed, for residents to be as independent as possible in their activities of daily living including but not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility. Participate in and lead one on one and group activities. Serve residents during mealtime, assist with laundry, and basic housekeeping. Document daily according to memory care/ assisted living policies and procedures and state regulations, including but not limited to, the communication of any resident concerns, change in condition, or related topics. Ensure that SLC policy and procedure is followed to maintain a safe work environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and training of staff on safe working practices. Ensure that resident/family/employee concerns receive timely response and follow up, thus striving to provide a high level of customer satisfaction. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications/Skills/Educational Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. Experience: One (1) year of general patient care in a care facility or in home situation. MUST have valid CPR card MUST be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 MUST have reliable transportation and live in Westchester County (or within 10miles) Caregiver license required (HHA or CNA)
