weekend supervisor

We seek an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee all aspects of operating a unit within a Long Term Care facility, from supervising nursing staff to monitoring patient care. Clinical experience, as well as prior administrative experience and training in nursing and administration, are necessary skills. Hours Available: 2nd Shift, 3p-11p (Saturday and Sunday) 1st Shift, 7a-3p (every other Saturday) Responsibilities Supervise the weekend staff with skilled and compassion Maintaining nursing guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures Complete Resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to Residents and their families. Provide information to Residents and Staff by answering questions and requests. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintain Resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing. Assist with treatment and medication administration Investigate all incident reports and follow up Other assigned duties Requirements: Must have at least two years of experience Must hold a valid RN License for the State We look forward to hearing from you!
