Job Requirements:
- Valid NYS Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Home Health Aide (CHHA) Certification
- Must be willing to work in Carmel, NY
- Availability to work day, evening, or overnight shifts
- Reliable Transportation
- Have compassion, reliability, trustworthiness, and honesty

Job Responsibilities:
- Enhance clients' well-being and quality of life
- Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
- Help with daily care like dressing, bathing, and meals
- Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
- Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
- Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues as needed
- Most importantly: Be a friendly face and a steady presence
