Home Health Aide (HHA) Job Description
Home Health Aide (HHA) is responsible for assisting patients in their homes with all personal care activities including bathing, dressing, skin care, nail care, oral care, peri-care, ambulation, toileting, & etc. HHA will also provide basic homemaking services as time allows. HHA must have excellent communication & documentation skills, good work history, & be willing to drive to our patients' homes.
