We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide quality care to our patients in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities: Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing) Light housekeeping related to patient care Meal preparation according to patient needs Assist with mobility and transfers Provide companionship and emotional support Observe and report changes in patient condition Follow care plans and agency policies Requirements: Valid HHA Certificate (75 hours) (no online certificates) Florida State ID (Driver’s License or State ID) Physical + PPD (TB test) (under 10 months, doctor’s signature required) Liability Insurance (HHA title required) AHCA Background Check (fingerprints) Elder Affairs Certificate (1 hour) 12 hours of In-Service Training (required topics) CPR Certificate (no online) Social Security Card (valid for employment) Employment Authorization (as applicable) If driving: Driver’s License + Car Insurance Void Check or Direct Deposit Form And...the most important requirement is a caring heart, responsibility, and dedication to quality care!!
