*1+ year min caregiving experience

**Level 2 Background (From Clearing House)
**CPR/First Aid (Training available)
**Reliabile Transportation
** Reliable Communication (Cell Phone)
**Services needed in Following areas of Jacksonville, FL: Northside, Westside, Southside and Orange Park
