Permanent Part-Time Registered Nurse
QUALIFICATIONS: :
—State approved college with license
—1 year experience in admissions preferred
—Must be dependable, professional, courteous, patient,
and have great communication skills
—CPR, National background clear per State requirements
—Trainings required based upon case
—Must have the ability to travel to multiple homes per day
—Establish rapport with family, client, and office/caregiver
interaction.
—Quality review of files/documents, and CNA/HHA, PCA
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Receiving orders and care plans to support creation of
patient centered plans of care
-Reporting to insurance company liaison, doctor,
office, and caregiver team(s).
-Providing education, coaching, documented training as
needed for staff as required to perform job functions.
-Understanding state requirements and legal requirements
and penalties assessed due to non-compliance.
-Compliance all CEMP protocols
—Establish and maintaining rapport with clients and all support teams professional and personal.
