JOB DESCRIPTION: Aid patient with personal care, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist with toileting, including use of a commode, toilet and bedpan. Aid with ambulation, including use of a wheelchair, cane and walker. Range of motion Prepare meals and snacks according to dietary plans. Preform light housekeeping upon each visit. Perform errands, such as grocery shopping, simple deliveries and transporting patient to appointments.
