Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Job Description
Duties of a Provider include, but are not limited to, skills in personal care of non-bed bound clients as well as bed-bound clients to assist with activities of daily living. As well as: Responsibilities (but not limited to): *Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents or persons with disabilities *Monitor and report changes in client health status *Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing clients, laundry, light housekeeping and occasional meal prep *Provide specialized healthcare such as medication reminders and client stand-by assistance Qualifications: *MUST have active CPR certification *MUST have own reliable transportation to and from worksite *Experience in personal care related fields, home health and/or hospice (but not limited to) *Positive and compassionate attitude while working with clients and fellow employees *Ability to build communication effectively with clients, their family members and fellow employees *Ability to handle physical workload About Waggoner & Thomas All Care Inc dba All Care: At All Care, we provide quality home care.
