Home Health Aide

Infinity Care Services, Inc. Home Health & Hospice, is looking for a Home Health Aide (HHA) in the San Joaquin and Stanislaus Counties. As an HHA, you will be delivering the highest quality patient care, according to the specific orders of each patient’s physician. Job Requirements: Assist with activities of daily living such as: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, transfers, feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, and laundry Monitor vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure Assist with range of motion exercises as defined in the plan of care Assist with walking and transportation to doctor appointments, grocery store, and shopping Qualifications: Be at least 18 years of age MUST be a CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH AIDE Successful completion of a formal certification training program and/or a written skills test and competency evaluation Current CPR certification At least six (6) months work experience in a supervised setting Current state driver's license Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. Reliable Transportation with proof of auto insurance High level of motivation, self-discipline, organization, and excellent communication skills Current PPD Test/Physical within the last 6 months Infinity Care Services, Inc. offers: Competitive Pay Direct Deposit Mileage Reimbursement 401K with company matching Group Health and Dental (Full time employees only) Contact bmartinez@infinitycares.net
