Assist with activities of daily living, including assisting with taking centrally stored medications.

Follow the schedule of duties for Care Giver but not limited to Plan of care
Monitor resident activity, food intake, functional status, take actions to promote resident well-being
Report and document status change to immediate supervisor.
Prepare meals for residents
Do all laundry and housekeeping services for the residents and the facility that is required.
Any other assignment made by your direct supervisor or an administrator.
