Urgent Need for LPN Home Care Shifts

We have immediate DAY and NIGHT Needs in the Asheville, Marion, Black Mountain, Arden, Pisgah Forest, Candler and Clyde areas. Responsibilities · In Home Skilled Nursing Care involves all client's care - the needs of our client's range from medication administration, g-tube feeding, seizure monitoring and management, oxygen therapy, tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and infusion nursing services - We train you on each individual client to ensure your competency in his/her care · One-on-one care - in home skilled nursing care following the client's plan of care · Provide all client care in a manner that reflects respect for client rights, dignity, values, culture preferences, and expressed needs · Assess client's physical, psychological, and social needs · Documentation of client's care including assessments and narrative of care provided · Support client and client's family in educating them on client's care and changes in client's condition Qualifications · Must possess a current, valid RN or LPN North Carolina license · Certification in CPR · 1 year of nursing experience · Trach and Vent Experience preferred but will train · Excellent communication and critical thinking skills · Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism during stressful times · Dedicated to provide the best client care possible A New Hope Home Care is a locally owned and operated home care agency.
