The Direct Support Professional (DSP) position is responsible for the daily assistance and development of an individual with a disability to lead an independent life. Management of the home schedule and operations is mandatory to insure assigned goals, schedules, resident data and cleaning duties are followed to encourage positive behaviors.
We offer paid training, shift differential pay for 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and weekend work (Saturday and Sunday).
