As a Licensed Practical Nurse you will: • Provide direct nursing care to the residents and supervise the day to day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants and as may be required by the Director of Health Services to maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times. • Work as part of a healthcare team to assess patient needs, plan and modify care, and implement interventions. Job Requirements • Must have Georgia license • 2 years experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility • Provides nursing care to the residents and supervise the day to day nursing activities performed by the CNAs. • Complete Charting and Documentation using Electronic Medical Records System, upon resident's admission, transfer and/or discharge.
