Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team. Monitor and assess client's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team. Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal care, mobility support, and meal preparation. Educate clients and their families on healthcare management and disease prevention.
