We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care for a bright and engaging 21-year-old young adult with complex medical and developmental needs. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone’s daily life while working in a supportive, family-centered environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in a home setting
- Monitor and manage seizure activity according to care plan
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Assist with mobility, positioning, and activities of daily living
- Support communication and engagement in daily activities
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate changes to family and providers
- Ensure safety, comfort, and dignity at all times
