Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Description
S & L Home Care Agency needs a Dedicated LPN, RN, or CNA Nurse Aide Caregiver who is personable, passionate, caring, and committed to providing Quality Care to our community. Have you worked with an SP/Respiratory Client who is "Tube Feed", and has a Trach, S & L is the right place for you. This client's services will be for the WeekDays and/or Weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
Job Responsibilities
Implement nursing care plans and maintain medical records
Skills in G-Tube feedings
Medication administration
Monitor for seizures
Monitor and interpret vital signs
Monitor pulse oximeter
Assess patient health issues and need
Provide one -one-on-one skilled nursing duties
Collaborate in the identification of patient needs.
Job Requirement:
Must have at least one year of experience working on patients with seizures.
Current licensed in North Carolina as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
Clean Background / Criminal history
Current CPR certification/First Aide Certification
$12.00 - $13.00/hr
