Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Description

The right candidate will have the following skills: *Must display competency in the Nurse role; *Must have excellent leadership skills; *Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal, for interacting with residents, families, physicians and staff. Also for documentation. *Must be reliable, engaged and efficient; *Reports to the DON, must attend staff meetings and follow/respect all policies.. This is a full-time position requiring every other weekend and every other holiday.
